  • Live screen printing works perfectly at a huge range of events. From brand launches to corporate away days, music festivals, retail pop-ups, trade shows, university freshers fairs, private parties, product activations…If you have guests and want them to leave with something they'll actually keep, then this activation is for your event.

  • We print on a wide range of items including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, canvas posters, and more. If you have something specific in mind, get in touch and we'll let you know if it's suitable.

  • We prefer vector files like AI, EPS, or PDF. But if you only have a raster file (JPG or PNG), it needs to be high resolution (300dpi minimum at print size). Not sure about your files? Send them over and we'll check them as part of your free consultation.

  • We typically produce 45 prints per hour per machine when printing 1 single colour design. The exact output depends on the design, garment type, and how the activation is structured. For example if guests have the choice out of different designs, this can add on time which will reduce output overall. We’ll advise on the right setup for your expected guest numbers because it can be a lot to work out yourself.

  • Yes absolutely, this is part of the fun! We usually say to offer guests a choice of up to 4 single-colour designs per machine at a live event. We'll work with you in advance to finalise the options. But remember the more choice the longer each one will take!

  • It takes up to 1 hour to set up one machine, then around 15-20mins more per set up. But this depends on the Event itself so we always work with you on ensuring we are set up and ready in time.

  • We recommend at least 4–6 weeks in advance, particularly during peak periods (SUMMER). That said, if you have a tighter deadline, get in touch and we will do our best to make the Live Activation come to life!
