Returns are available worldwide for all full price items within 30 days of shipping and all sale items within 14 days of receipt.

Welcome to our website www.brndandco.uk (the "Website"). This cookies policy, and any policies or documents to which a link is provided in it (collectively, the "Terms") set out the terms of use and sale that apply to the Website and the mobile websites or applications owned by and/or operated by or on behalf of Brand by Brand Limited (the “Applications”).

 

As the context requires, references to “Platforms” in these Terms shall include both the Website and the Applications.

 

Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before using the Platforms.

1. Understanding these Terms 

 

1.1.     When certain words and phrases are used in these Terms, they have specific meanings (these are known as 'defined terms'). You can identify these defined terms because they start with capital letters (even if they are not at the start of a sentence). Where a defined term is used, it has the meaning given to it in the section of the Terms where it was defined (you can find these meanings by looking at the sentence where the defined term is included in brackets and speech marks). 

 

1.2.     When we refer to “Brand by Brand”, "we", "us" or "our", we mean Brand by Brand Limited. Where we refer to "you" or "your" we mean you, the person using the Platforms.

 

1.3.     We have used headings and paragraph numbers to help you understand these Terms and to easily locate information. These Terms are only available in the English language. We will not file copies of the contracts between us and you relating to our supply of the Platforms, so we recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for your records (but please note that we may amend these Terms from time to time so please check the Platforms regularly, and each time you intend to order any products and services made available by us for purchase over the Platforms, to ensure you understand the legal terms which apply at that time). 

 

 

2. Returning your purchase 

 

2.1. Returns are available worldwide for all full price items within 30 days of shipping and all sale items within 14 days of receipt, provided the return conditions specified below are met.

 

2.2.   Please note it is not possible to return personalised, monogrammed or pierced jewellery items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

Please note: You have the right to cancel your order (except for monogrammed items). Your cancellation right begins on the date you place your order and ends 14 days after the date you receive your order. You then have a further 14 days to return your order to us. Please refer to the terms in Section 8 (Order cancellations and amendments) below  for more information.

 

 

3. How to return your purchase

 

3.1.   Please Contact Us to schedule a collection.

 

Important: We do not accept liability for goods returned.

 

 

4. Return conditions

 

4.1.   Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country with the original Returns Form.

 

4.2.   Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Brand by Brand item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.

 

4.3.   Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Brand by Brand reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. Where an item is supplied with a hygiene strip, the item can only be returned if the hygiene strip has not been removed and remains intact.

 

4.4.   Optical frames cannot be returned after they have been fitted with prescription or replacement lenses.

 

 

 

5. Receiving a refund

 

5.1.   Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.

 

5.2.   On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.

 

5.3.   Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your refund.

 

5.4.   If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

 

 

6. Exchanges

 

6.1.   Currently orders cannot be exchanged online. Please return your order to us within 30 days of the shipping date for all full price items and within 14 days for all sale items for a refund using the free return service, ensuring that the return conditions are met. A new order can be placed through  www.brandbybrandclothing.com/shop at any time or if you Contact Us  www.brandbybrandclothing.com/contact-us you can place an order via our Customer Service team.

 

 

 

7. Gift returns

 

7.1.   Items returned will be refunded to the purchaser‘s original method of payment. Please return the goods to us within 30 days of the shipping date for all full price items and within 14 days of the date of receipt for all sale items. Personalised, monogrammed or pierced jewellery items cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

7.2.   Please use the free return service and ensure the return conditions are met.

 

7.3.   Please note that fragrance and nail polish items may not be returned using the free returns service. If you wish to return a fragrance or nail polish item using any other collection or postal service, you will be required to pay the costs of returning the item.

 

 

8. Order cancellations and amendments

 

8.1.   In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. Please Contact Us via email as soon as possible after placing your order and Customer Service will advise if cancellation is available.

 

8.2.   Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

 

 

9. Distance selling legislation

 

9.1.   Under applicable distance selling legislation or under statutory consumer protection laws of your country of residence to the extent applicable, you may have a right to cancel orders for certain items purchased from www.brandbybrandclothing.com within a statutory cooling-off period. For orders placed on www.brandbybrandclothing.com , there is a cooling-off period of 14 days from the day after the date on which the item in question was received.

 

9.2.   Please note that this cancellation right does not apply to certain items including (without limitation):

 

·  Goods made to your specification or goods that have been clearly personalised or monogrammed.

If you choose to do so, please follow the instructions on the form.

12. If your order has been shipped

 

12.1. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the item has been shipped, please replace the item securely in its original packaging and return it to us with your shipping note.

 

12.2. Please note: the free return service is not available for the cancellation of fragrance and nail polish orders. If you cancel your order and return the item(s) using any other collection or postal service, you will be required to pay the costs of returning the item(s).

 

12.3.This is not a full statement of your rights under applicable distance selling legislation or under any statutory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence

 

 

13. Personalised or monogrammed items

 

13.1.  Due to the nature of personalised or monogrammed items, returns, changes or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. This does not affect your statutory rights. Payment will be taken at the time of or shortly after you submit your order and in advance of shipping.
